BEST CEBU PHILIPPINES FOOD Tour
Cebu: A Taste of the Philippines
Cebu, the Queen City of the South, proved to be a culinary and cultural gem. Our taste buds were on high alert as we embarked on a food adventure through this vibrant city.
Lechon, the Philippines' national dish, was our first stop. Crispy skin, juicy meat – it was everything we'd hoped for and more. We couldn't resist trying the local cannoli, a sweet treat with a unique Filipino twist. And let's not forget the halo-halo, a refreshing dessert that perfectly balanced sweet, creamy, and crunchy.
Exploring the local food scene took us to a bustling food court, where we sampled a variety of street food. The energy and flavors were electric. We also stumbled upon a lively bar that served up refreshing drinks and a great atmosphere.
Beyond the food, Cebu's warm and friendly people made our stay even more enjoyable. The city's vibrant energy was contagious, and we found ourselves immersing ourselves in the local culture.
Cebu truly exceeded our expectations. It's a city that captures your heart with its delicious food, friendly locals, and lively atmosphere. We can't wait to come back and explore more of what this beautiful island has to offer.
We were thrilled to finally make it to the PHILIPPINES for the very first time and eat some INSANELY DELICIOUS foods on a CEBU PHILIPPINES FOOD TOUR with our good friends Greg & Jumi. We were so excited to make this video and share our FIRST IMPRESSIONS of the Philippines! We originally planned to visit the Philippines in the spring of 2020, but the pandemic had other plans. For the longest time we waited for the Philippines to reopen were very happy when it finally did. We were of course most excited to try some local Cebu Philippines Street Food and our friends Greg and Jumi were happy to take us on a the local Cebu Filipino Food Tour. It was a blast having a local show us some Philippines food and culture and we hope you enjoy this Cebu Food Trip as much as we did! Please let us know if we missed out on any delicious Cebu local foods, we’d love to go back for more.
We cannot wait to share more of our Philippines travels with you! Don't forget to check out Greg and Jumi's channel: https://www.youtube.com/c/FoodandFootprints
